The sound of Elias splitting himself was only slightly disturbing lol
if someone would do it in front of me, i'd faint :D
Let me ruin things for you. Sounds like cracking eggs.
Very.* Also. What is more disturbing is he actually once thought about doing it, without knowing what would happen.
That was weird.
Surprised me he really left his other half at home :O
Imagine being torn between staying and going because you need to go and stay at the same time and literally tearing yourself into two to solve your struggle. How convenient lol Very Elias thing to do.
I wonder what else he's capable of doing, and how far his capabilities go, dude surprises me everytime lol.
And here his the main card of tonight. NuckleLavee vs. Each-uisge: The battle of the most fabulous hair. Sponsored by Lorealf
Poor horsie getting starved because no drunkard is walking alone at night anymore... or he should better move to the more popular campsite, not a gods-know-where forest. Guarantee there are tons of drunkards ready to be drowned.
Nucklelavee woke up a chose violence lol
To be fair, Nuckelavee and Kelpie are both horse spirits, they should've been friends instead.
Really? Put two humans into a room and you may find only one leaving it...
or 3 xD
That brings me to my favourite parable, by GRRM:
Who holds true power?
The sellsword, who is the only armed person in the room?
The king?
The high priest?
It's so true and applies to so much about our world:
How our financial system works
How states project their authority, and why lootings can destroy it.
What's your worth? You only earn the salary you convince others you're worth!
Close, but the actual quote from GoT:
"In a room sit three great men, a king, a priest, and a rich man with his gold. Between them stands a sellsword, a little man of common birth and no great mind. Each of the great ones bids him slay the other two.
‘Do it,’ says the king, ‘for I am your lawful ruler.’
‘Do it,’ says the priest, ‘for I command you in the names of the gods.’
‘Do it,’ says the rich man, ‘and all this gold shall be yours.’ So, who lives and who dies?"
You can't forget the rich man. He is the most likely candidate given his profession and lack of fealty.
The answer that Varys gives is: "Power resides where men believe it resides. It's a trick, a shadow on the wall, and a very small man can cast a very large shadow."
He should Move to Florida
How come she still thinks she will die? She won't die anymore, she is immortal.
The horse kick scene was awesome, interesting episode.
Horse was MVP even tho it still tried to eat them lol
Equivalent exchange
i mean, it kinda looked like nina too!
Lol, so true thanks Anime for your reply.
It's still an a.s.s.
it's called "stock exchange."
bro did it prove he the better horse
Okay thanks Retad.
I thought you were insulting him for a solid couple secs bc I couldn't read his name against the black background lol
Thanks for your reply.
No why would I do that xXPORTALXx?
I want to pet that horse
Okay Talo, thanks for your reply.
I can't go with you?
Elias was splitting hairs... oh, wait!
He made himself like a banana and split lol
Just a peaceful school days
i wonder what happen if one part is destroyed.
Its forever lost and he would never be whole again, after that he would have to search for a way to be himself once more
Damn, way to spoil the whole ass plot of season 6!
Horror must be destroyed! lol
It surprised me to see Elias rip off half his face, I was not expecting that to be the way he makes himself be able to accompany Chise.
Interesting to learn Rian potentially has killed someone before or something, I wonder if we'll get to learn what happened there in this season or not.
Lol the horse was disgruntled because no-one is walking around the forest so it can't eat humans, I am glad that is the case.
Has Rian's ability been shown before? It appears he has the ability to make weapons out of certain elements, I kind of want to see more of what he can do. I thought Chise's arm was going to be a bit more brutal though.
When Elias said he could eat the Nuckelavee, it made me remember he's the real monster here, we are lucky he's on our side :P
That sea monster is so creepy
f*** that horse too.
Sir no bestiality please...
dont kink shame him
This is where all the dads that went to go get milk go to
And cool.
At least horse had principles. Didn't go after them when not in water.
Evil creature from the sea was like, "I'm going to kill and eat you". He committed one small oversite though: he didn't notice the dragon curse arm. When the dragon claw appeared he done knew he messed up.
as always an interesting look at the duality of Chise's existence. getting along with the kids and the teacher. having fun in the woods. learning new things and enjoying new experiences. remember that Chise is a CITY GIRL. she grew up in the urban jungles of Japan where the only nature was city parks and suchforth. it is only since she started living with Elias in the backcountry of England that she's had an opportunity to experience TRUE wilderness.
then the spooky side of the world moves through the story, and we learn something new... her arm's senses and Joseph's eye are showing her more and more beings and parts of existence she was unaware of before. of course, amongst those living in the deepest shadows are those who think of humanity as just meat to eat and toys to play with. the horrors of the spooky side of the world would want to destroy a human who perceives them easily. humanity just like the animals and neighbors destroys that which attacks us, or we want to eat. Chise's dragon curse i think has incorporated a small piece of her subconscious. look at the outline behind the talking scales, it looks familiar hmm? fear, anger, resentment, those are the basics of a curse. wouldn't a curse that lives in a human begin to reflect and mimic and change to be more like that human? Chise has been tormented by the neighbors and 'things that go bump in the night' her whole life. so wouldn't a piece of her wish to fight back against those that would harm her? knowledge isn't anything unless applied in some way and in some situations, power is required to apply that knowledge. Chise's knowledge and power has increased over time and how she applies both is part of her growing as a person.
Wasn’t expecting Elias to split himself like that. For a moment I thought we were going to get some kind of grotesque face reveal or something, lol
